QuestionHow flexible is the neck part and what are the measurements of it? Will it bother me as I am at work?

- Answer They are flexible and will fit a small neck or large. I have a 16inch neck and they fit perfectly. I wear them at work, the gym and when I sleep they don’t bother me at all.

- Answer Not if you have them sealed well in your ears. If you can't hear environment because of the seal they can't hear your music in my experience.

QuestionI'm a video editor and need high quality wireless earphones that will be compatible with a Bluetooth dongle or transmitter plugged into the RCA on the speaker. We are running Avid on Windows 7. Anybody know if these will work? Or have any suggestions?

- Answer Thank you for your question. No, the QuietControl 30's ear buds do not have the ability to retract into the neckband. They are not adjustable, but will include 3 different sized ear tips. We hope this helps!

QuestionHow about the battery life?????

- Answer Battery life is true to specification and probably even better. I took a flight from JFK to Atlanta and then from Atlanta to Honolulu and I still had battery life. That was a 2 1/2 hour flight and a 9 hour flight. The spec is 10 hours, and I exceeded that by 1.5 hours on a full charge.

- Answer You need to stay within approximately 33 feet to your cell phone and if you are not carrying your cell phone some objects can interfere with the reception. Callers have said that the sound quality was great. I've had no problems with reception around our home however if you are traveling you'll find going through an underpass can intermittently cause a signal loss but will recover in a split second, this is the same effect you'll find when using your phone connected to your vehicle.

- Answer If you're connecting to a cell phone, use the Bose Connect app. Worked perfectly on my Samsung. I had some problems with connecting to my laptop, but installing a new Bluetooth driver solved that.
