Yes, that’s what I use it for. The only thing is the app doesn’t let you adjust bass and treble like the portable home speaker or the resolve does(maybe Bose will change this), it just gives you some pre sets to choose from. Even still the sound is great. I use it for the kitchen or the backyard and haven’t maxed out the volume. Just get it.

Hello, the S1 Pro has up to 11 hours of battery life. However, louder volume levels use battery power more quickly.
