“I have one S1 pro and i play guitar & vocals thro it. If i buy a 2nd speaker, for a 2nd person to play banjo and vocals, then link the speakers together, using a lead from the output, will you hear all 4? Will all 4 come thro both speakers or 2 in each?”

You will hear all 4 from the speaker that the cable is going INTO….. you will hear just 2 from the speaker that the cable is coming OUT OF. I hope this helps
