Yes to all of the above! its a great speaker is loud enough to use it as a monitor as well

I am a DJ myself and although I do not have this specific unit my brother has it and we had been messing around with it for a year now. Just sync your iPhone via Bluetooth and then use a wireless microphone and plug it into the XLR 1 or XLR 2 input and you have 2 microphone and music playing from it. You do not need power for the speaker, but the microphones would need to be powered. I normally bring a separate battery pack for that type of application.
