The sound bar has caused nothing but grief to date. It does not work. It will cause the TV sound to disconnect and nothing can be heard. The old Bose system was great. Waiting 10 days for a service call from the Geek Squad.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Had this same exact problem and it was very frustrating. Shocked to find out it was NOT BOSE OR THE SOUNDBARS FAULT! I just upgraded my modem and router and it has stayed connected flawlessly for a straight week. If you usuing outdated wifi equipment replace it! You may be able to for free from you interent provider.
