We recommend placing the Soundbar below the TV for best results. In certain situations, if there is no TV Unit or Shelf to place the Soundbar on, it is better to mount it directly onto the wall. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.For a wall mounted tv, probably. Especially if you don't have a shelf below or adjacent to you tv setup. If you tv is on a shelf/entertainment center, the soundbar has a low enough profile to simply sit in front of the tv. For reference, the photo has the soundbar in front of a 65 inch.
