“Room is 17x15 Ceiling flat & 12 ft hi n center running long length of room 4 ft wide. Angles down on both sides to 8 ft (from 12 ft height on either side of the high flat area is 5 1/2 ft. Place Bose Solo 5 closer to ceiling? Or below tv? For best sound?”

Below the TV. My experience with Bose is that sound is optimized when more directional toward viewer. Seems mounted that high would create unnecessary echo.
