- Answer Yes. You need to use either the optical out from the ps4 into it or better yet, just use the optical out from your tv to the solo 5.

- Answer No you can not add this to a receiver and an independent speaker. This is a soundbar and only takes audio in but not line in inputs.

QuestionMy Bose is not turning on and not producing any sound. When we turn it on the nothing happens. The indicator light is not even showing up. We have been trying for 3 days.

- Answer Theirs nothing wrong with it . I had this problem once and finally got it working .. are you sure u have the correct cord ? I can’t remember exactly what it was .. I would just call Bose and they can tell you what it is

- Answer The short answer is no, you hook this sound bar up using either HDMI or audio optical cable. Bose remote is universal , and it comes with a code book to pair the bose remote with other devices. So in essence it works the opposite of what you are looking for. The bose remote maybe able to operate your Toshiba if the code is in the booklet that comes with the sound bar.

QuestionThe Solo 5 speaker will connect to your TV using one of three inputs: Coaxial, Digital optical, and AUX. It cannot be then paired with other Bluetooth speakers. (You meant in CAN be paired with other Bluetooth speakers not it CAN NOT - correct)? thanks

- Answer Hello psg, thanks for your question. The documentation is correct the way it is written. The Solo 5 can only receive a Bluetooth signal (i.e. from your mobile device to the speaker).
