I can use the venue's sound system for announcements. I just need enough sound for dancing in a 20 ft by 20 ft area and a lower volume for dinner music. Will this provide what I need?”

For 60 people, i don't know. Would you prefer loud music ? If not then this would be great for 60 people only because everyone will be able to hear each other speaking. I honestly wouldn't prefer you to use this device for a reception.
