We don't believe that you can. We have not actually tried. We just tested and it does not. It only connects the call to the phone

No. The SoundLink does not support speakerphone. The sound turns off when your phone receives a call.

The SoundLink Portable Bluetooth Speaker III is our best-sounding Bluetooth speaker and does have an AUX input for connecting other devices, but does not have a speakerphone feature. The SoundLink Mini II does have the speakerphone feature. Thank you!
