• Yes it most defenitly can it took me a bit to figure out volume settings but it works fairly well when you have it connected to Bluetooth and are using it to make calls

• You can pair your iPhone to your speaker and use the speaker in your car. That's what I did when my aux chord wasn't working, it sounds great! I hope I answered your question.
