Q: QuestionMy speaker says something unintelligible when we press the Power button on. It sounds like "battery fried". LOL, we cannot figure out what she is saying and there is no where to look this up. Any thoughts?

• A:Answer It is telling you that the battery level is low, medium or high. So the "fried" is probably saying your battery level is high.

• A:Answer You should be able to boost the volume using the speaker volume controls, located on top of the speaker. If there is still a problem, contact BOSE on line. They are very helpful.
