A:AnswerThat's a great question. At Bose, we strive to deliver products that our consumers can depend on. ForSoundLink® Color II, we've stretched beyond the required testing parameters, in this
case an IPX4-rated product, to ensure that your speaker will long outlast an accidental
showering of water. This means that you can use SoundLink® Color II in more places
and not worry if it gets wet (for example, splashes at the pool, getting caught in the
rain, washing your car, splashes in the kitchen, etc.). Just don't submerge it.
A:AnswerYes it does. We were actually impressed with the bass in the in store demo, which is one of the reasons we purchased it. Once out of the store environment ( meaning out of the noise and competing demos) we were even happier with it. Our main problem now seems to be preventing our 14 year old daughter from monopolizing it.
A:AnswerThank you for your question! Yes, the SoundLink Color II contains two separate drivers, and will certainly playback in stereo. If you'd like even better stereo separation, you can actually pair 2 SoundLink Color II Bluetooth Speakers together! We hope this helps!
A:AnswerThis would connect to an iPhone through Bluetooth wireless technology. Here is a link to a helpful video on how to pair them: http://bit.ly/20Y3ftE
A:AnswerHello, Jim. Thank you for your question. Audio can be played through the speaker when connected to power for charging. We hope this helps! Ashley - Bose Support
A:AnswerThis speaker is designed only for playing music out loud and for that reason, it doesn't have a headphone jack. Typically, you'd connect the headphones directly to the audio device (smartphone, tablet, etc.).
A:AnswerI'm not sure if your I pod classic has bluetooth, but there is an auxiliary input on the speaker you can use if your I pod has an auxiliary output.
A:AnswerHello, Terry!
Thank you for your interest in the Soundlink Color Bluetooth Speaker II. Your Amazon Echo can be connected to the Color II using your choice of Bluetooth or a 3.5 mm auxiliary audio cable. The initial setup of the connection will take place in the Amazon Alexa app. We hope this helps! Have a great day.

A:AnswerIts not so much that it is bad because these newer batteries don't have a memory like the old nickle metal hydride batteries used to have. Almost all rechargeable batteries today are a lithium polymer product. These new technology batteries have a shutoff built in to not allow the cells to be overcharge and overheat. Your wireless device will give you sone indication the battery is getting low so you know it is time to recharge your device. Usually it blinks or changes colors. Typically it is less than 10 minutes remaining befkre the battery is dead notification. Ir is a good practice to try and use the battery so you don't run the chance of possibly overheating the battery being plugged in all the time though just to be safe.
A:AnswerThis isn't a question but if you're asking whether or not it will work for this, then yes it absolutely will. My wife and I bought it for the beach and around the campfire in the yard. I don't think it could be any better for this.
A:AnswerHey Ferne, thanks for your question! Our SoundLink II speaker is not designed to be used with a TV system. For a TV environment, we recommend using a Soundbar like the Solo 5 TV Speaker, SoundTouch 300 Sound Bar or the Soundbar 500/Soundbar 700. Bluetooth speakers will cause audio video delays, and as such we recommend using a hard-wired cable connection between the TV and speaker.
