Q: QuestionI conect with blue tooth to my Q80 seriers samsung tv and get a level low volume threw the bose speaker, The volume will not go up or down . Any sugestions? To Quiet in Vermont. ++++++++

• A:Answer It would be a single speaker. The 2 is in relation to it being the series 2 model. Bluetooth works with any device that supports Bluetooth audio streaming. Android, iOS, Mac, Windows, etc.

• A:Answer go to Auto time out in settings and RESET the speaker to automatically time out from 5 minutes to never or 6 or 8 hours whatever you choose, mine would shut OFF Automatically in 5 minutes when I 1st got it., shutting for no reason, Until I reset it to time out automatically in 4 hours, try that hope it helps its probably not the battery
