In my opinion it is too large and too heavy for that. No it does not have a clip. Bose does offer a micro with a clip.

Honestly its kinda heavy I don't know if it would work up there. You could lay it down or put it somewhere else its pretty loud.

This is an excellent speaker, however, there is no clip or strap. Although it is small, it is quite heavy and is designed to be a stand alone unit. I would NOT recommend for it to be hung on a visor!
