• It works really good with cellphone, laptop or tablet. Of course all three would have to have Bluetooth capabilities. However, if your TV doesn't come with Bluetooth capabilities, you will not be able to use it with it.

• Yes in fact works great with tv with zero delay relative to video especially when wired. Barely perceptible, if at all, with bluetooth. This is not the case with the much more expensive UE Megaboom. It literally make the TV unwatchable. Hopefully UE will fix this especially if wired.
