- Answer I can see mine in the Bose Connect app. I think that may be the only way. I did not see it listed on the back physically either.

QuestionHi BOSE support , you recommend a power block that is 5 vDC, 0.5 A (1 A recommended) since you no longer include power blocks with the speaker purchse. but I may need to return this as i cant find any power block that says that on it . Other options?

- Answer Hi I I have 2 hose link flex use them when I cycle BOSE HAS MADE IT VERY FRUSTRATING TO CONNECT MULTIPLE FLEX LINK BUT SINCE THEY ALREADY HAVE ARE MONEY THERE PROBABLY NOT A FIX FROM BOSE ANYTIME SOON

QuestionIs the speaker suppose to come with any type of cords? I purchased multiple Bose speakers of different types as Christmas gifts. This speaker is the only one that didn't come with any type of cord. No USB cord or anything.

- Answer Bose rates their Bluetooth speakers to operate at a maximum temperature of 158ºF. That's pretty hot, but I don't know what your sauna does. Note: high heat will take a toll on any battery.
