- Answer No and I have tried. I looked for an equalizer as well in the apps but there is no way that I have found to adjust the highs and lows which is why I gave it a4 star instead of 5. The sound is loud and very clear but sometimes you want the bass not to stand out so much

- Answer Mine holds the charge for a long time, so I would recommend not keeping it plugged constantly since it may shorten the battery’s capacity.

QuestionCharging new Sounlink Flex. It stopped charging after about an hour and announced that it was 50% charged. connected unit to my iPhone. Put it back on charger, still says 50%, and does not appear to be charging anymore. Return? Thanks.

- Answer What was the power output from your charger? The Flex requires at least a 5V 1.5A charger from what I've read. I would try using at least a 2A charger with a new cord before sending it in. If the same issue still persists after this and this is a new unit, return it.

- Answer You can Bluetooth it to any device with Bluetooth capabilities. I even connect it to my MacBook Pro and watch movies via streaming platforms.

- Answer We had played it for over 10 hours one day at a BBQ and-it still had charge remaining. It mentions up to 12 hours on a single charge and I have no doubt that we could have played it a lot longer.
