“I have these headphones and have been using them on my PS4 with the backup audio cable. Is there anything specific I have to do to get my mic to work? I'd rather not have to spend money on additional ps4 headphones. Thanks!”

If its connected through bluetooth there is no reason for the mic not to work

We have a large population of users who use their various headphones for gaming so we did some testing on this and have found that we have the greatest success using a Samsung version QC25 cable with the headphones, I would suggest starting there.
