Qc 35 comes with Noise cancellation that makes it sound quality more better. you wont be able to listen your background voice. its bit expensive but it can be your one time investment for one or two years.

These don't provide complete noise cancellation, although the over-the-ear pads muffle out most of the external noise. Unless you're wearing these in an extremely noisy environment, they'll do fine...for a lot less money!
