No, chances are that you will likely get feedback from your hearing aids. I have been wearing hearing aids all my life and get feedback when trying to wear my headphones. I just remove my hearing aids when I use my headphones. These are very good headphones though. I use them when I go jogging and they stay put. Sound quality is great and being hard of hearing I usually turn up the volume on the headphones to a comfortable level.
