No, the Bose SoundLink Max Portable Bluetooth Speaker does not have an SD card slot. It plays music via Bluetooth, AUX input (3.5mm), or USB‑C charging, but it cannot read or play music directly from an SD card.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This one (the SoundLink Max) does NOT have an SD slot. I wish it did! That would be a great feature (hint hint Bose & other speaker makers). You have to connect it to an external player - MP3 player, cell phone… through an old fashioned plug jack or USBc jack or Bluetooth.
