• Yes you can, but the Blu tooth will disconnect/standby when not in use, but to re enable it all have to do is press power and the Blu tooth symbol together .

• Yes but that will ruin the battery for when you want to use it portably. Lithium-Ion batteries should only be charged when the battery is empty or you can ruin the battery life.
