I dont have that problem but I suggest you turn your device off, both of them and try again if that dont work then take it to the geek guys at best buy they will help you...

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.you may have to update your pandora software, sometimes that corrects certain issues. if that doesn't work uninstall Pandora & reinstall it. Don't worry your stations will remain intact with your email account once you log in. if the problem persists one of the last resorts is to do a factory reset on your device but please make sure you backed up everything on your phone like your photos, contacts, notes, videos , then perform a factory reset once everything is backed up. once your phone restarts & gets back to home screen try connecting to it again like the directions instruct to if problem persists I hope you got the Geek Squad Protection so you can get it replaced via they're NO-LEMON policy. if you did not get the GSP than you may have to use a Aux cable to plug your phone in to listen to the music.
