If this was me, I would contact Bose and say this is the third time I had to contact the company and would like a new soundlink mini because the two repairs have been nothing but a temporary fix. For $200, probably the most expensive mini bluetooth speaker on the market, it shouldn't be acting this way. I wouldn't accept anything less.
