My battery red light is flashing non stop, too? My sound dock mini has been plugged in for over 6 hours now and won't stop flashing the battery light red. It also won't play any music, even though it is still plugged in? I know Bose gave a technical support number for those in America, but I'm in Canada. Mine is also only two weeks old? What to do?

Honestly? Being 2 weeks old I'd return it to where I bought it for a refund or exchange.

Mine did the exact same thing a few days after I bought it try the reset by holding the mute button for 10 seconds if that doesn't work the next step would be to exchange it at the store that's what the people at BOSE told me to do.

It is easy to have the system barely off the dock. This light is showing you that it is running off of battery and not power.

Did you try to plug the charge cable directly into the side instead of using the charging dock.
