“Does using an aux cable increase battery life? I love my Soundlink mini! I had it for about a month now and use it on the golf course to play Pandora off my IPhone. I get about 3:45 hours/minutes of battery life at full volume. Do I have a bad battery? If not would using an Aux cord to connect my phone to the Soundlink help with battery life? I need 30 more minutes maybe 50 minutes if the group in front of us plays really slow. I realize if I turn the volume down that will help with battery life but that take some of the fun out of it.”

Your batter is fine. I use mine outdoors by my pool at max volume, and I get three hours max. The only way you can run it longer is to keep it plugged into it's dock when in use.
