• Depends how long you've had it. Also, you need to contact Bose to find out if its your Bose Speaker or the charger may be bad. I'm not an expert but get it fixed before you lose your warranty.

• Generally the SoundLink Mini speaker should take around 3 hours to charge. Depending on the power level of the battery any charging time of less than 10 hours is considered normal behavior for it. Thank you!
