• We found our signal stopped if phone call or text came through when using our iPhones. We started using our iPads and that helped a lot. Sometimes we get a pause but resumes in few seconds.

• If you're using Bluetooth maybe the reception for wifi isn't strong enough. That'll interruption music streaming. Did you try to play on another device? Did you try aux?

• I haven't experienced any problems. Make sure that there is no major obstruction between your speaker and the Bluetooth source.

• My speaker is blue tooth to my IPad and I have never had this problem. What do you have it connected to?
