“Is it common to have an item go from for sale to sold out as a person clicks check out? I get things sell out, but it would be nice to know it is close to selling out before I planned it as a gift for several people. Skipping this site next year.”

Had the same experience but asked a sales associate and they were able to order me two in the store. It definitely was worth asking.
