In answer to [1], the SoundSport Pulse headphones have the microphone built-in, while the StayHear+ tips do not contain any electronics of any kind on their own. With regards to [2], these sizes of eartips usually come with the main product, and we would advise you try the sizes to find your fit. Alternatively, you can visit a Bose store and trial these for yourself to ensure that you're happy with the fit of these. We hope this helps!
