A:AnswerFor the vast majority of owners, the SoundSport wireless is delivering on its promise. But a small percentage of customers have experienced a problem. We took every headphone returned to us, went back to our labs, and got to the bottom of it.
We found that SoundSport doesn't perform like it should under specific conditions related to more extreme levels of sweat and moisture. And we now have a solution to make it work just as well for those customers, too. Going forward, every SoundSport wireless headphone will include this update, and they'll be ready by the end of August.
A:AnswerOnce you’ve connected them to your Bluetooth, they stay connected to it, unless you go into your phone and “forget” that device.... they do turn off when in your ear and not in use, so you basically have to turn them back on when answering a call... annoying... but it only takes an extra second, once you get the hang of the on/answer button... it’s well worth the annoyance.
A:AnswerYes, they are compatible with my S9+ Samsung phone for audio and answering phone calls at the same time without any issues. They have amazing sound quality.
A:AnswerUnfortunately, they are not compatible with an ipod shuffle. It is only compatible with devices that are capable of bluetooth audio technology and the shuffle, if my memory serves me correct, has a 3.5 mm headphone jack. Bose has other products with headphones jacks that you can possible attach them to so feel free to check them out. I hope this answers your question.

A:AnswerThe connection would be patchy, especially if your phone is in a metal locker. I use them whilst having my phone on the floor with my water bottle etc.
A:AnswerYes you can. Press the middle button twice quickly and it will skip to the next track. Press the button 3 times quickly and it will skip back to the beginning of the current track or if pressed 3 times quickly again, it will play back the previous track.
A:AnswerTina,
I asked Bose that question myself. The packaging changed and it has a different date on it. And I was told that Bose recalled the older Earbuds and put out these new ones.
A:AnswerThere are two types: one is for Apple products and the other for Samsung products. Make sure you have the correct buds for the device your using. I.e. Apple Tv
A:AnswerYes. I find the calling features work very well. I typically only use one ear piece, but find that you need both in your ears to hear and for your caller to hear. I do appreciate the caller ID feature, as well. It actually says the name, if you have the contact name saved or calls out the number of you don't have a number saved.
A:AnswerMy last pair worked for 5 years of extensive use. The power button is what stopped working eventually before either of the earbuds stopped playing sound.
