A:AnswerI had a similar problem with mine but then i noticed that when you put them on you have to turn them counter clockwise from the 12 to the nine position. You will then feel that the locked in if you want to call it like that. Try it and hope it works for you.
A:AnswerHow active ? They are of very good quality and will not fall off once you have them on. What I would suggest is getting the Best Buy Warranty for them as they will replace them should anything happen as they are in the higher price range. Play it safe .
A:AnswerI tried them both and I believe the sound quality is the same but I thought that it would be harder to lose the wired versus the wireless earbuds.
