A:Answer Hello Marjul, we are sorry to hear that your system is shutting down while listening, this is not normal operation and we'd like to help. I'm curious to know if you are streaming via W-Fi or over Bluetooth when this occurs. If you could please attempt a software update and then retest your system to see if the issue continues to occur. The update can be done simply by pressing and holding preset 4 and the Volume - buttons on the system for approximately 5 seconds. Please release the buttons once the LEDs on your system blink. The Wi-Fi indicator on the front of your SoundTouch 10 will return to solid once the update is complete, your system is now ready to use.
