QuestionCan two of the SoundTouch 10 speakers be used to get Stereo sound? Is there a way to designate one as the "L" and one as the "R" speaker?

- Answer Yes, using the SoundTouch application you can create a stereo group, whereby one dedicated stream of audio is sent to the "left" speaker, and another to the "right" speaker.

QuestionHi there, is it possible that I use a cord to connect the soundtouch to tv and also bluetooth/wifi to my phone, and I can choose which source I want to use? and will it be easy to transfer from 1 to another based on the previous question? Thanks

- Answer Hi Adrian, great question! The SoundTouch 10 comes with a remote control so you can easily switch between the different sources. You could connect to your TV using an AUX Cable in to the headphones jack. I hope this helps!

QuestionI am looking at this product for a retail coffee shop and wanted to know if it can be connected to a WiFi system that requires a sign on and passcode to connect. Would not have a dedicated connection or router but rather a system similar to public WiFi

- Answer I purchased this believing it also had a battery system. It did not. My Bad. It is dependent on a source to send it signal. It is a Bluetooth speaker. There is an APP that Bose created for it that should work on Apple and Android systems. I could not get it to work on my Android so I cannot tell you of its limitations. As a Bluetooth speaker it has excellent sound.

- Answer Hello, thank you for your question. The SoundTouch 10 is better suited to use in smaller rooms in your home. It does not feature a built-in battery so you will be unable to power the speaker outside unless you have mains power outside.

- Answer Hi there! The SoundTouch app can be setup on iOS, Android, Mac or Windows. Once setup, you can assign stations from Pandora, iHeartRadio, or other sources to the 1-6 preset buttons on the top of the system. These presets can then be used by the remote or buttons directly without having to open the app each time you want to use them. You can also overwrite the presets with new ones at any time that you would like to do this. We hope this helps, and please reach out again if you have any further questions!

- Answer Hi Greg, thank you for your question. We do to recommend connecting to a TV, but you could connect using a 3.5 mm Auxiliary cable connected to the headphones jack of the TV.

- Answer Hello! Whilst the connection of devices depends on the turntable you are using, there are 2 different ways you may be able to connect this. The SoundTouch 10 system has an AUX input, meaning that if your turntable has an AUX output you could connect it to this system that way. Alternatively, if your turntable acts as a Bluetooth transmitter, then you could connect this to the SoundTouch 10 through Bluetooth instead, and play to the system this way. We would recommend checking this on the turntable to see if you have either of these options available to you first before committing to a purchase!

- Answer It will connect via WiFi. Watch for minimal delay from tv sound to speaker. When they talk....your speaker may be a second begin. It did with blue tooth so we went to the coax input wiring to speaker. No delay.

- Answer Hello DJAklin, We don't recommend using the SoundTouch 10 with a Bluetooth microphone as it is not designed to be a PA speaker. - Answer Hey there LCS69! The SoundTouch 10 is engineered to be used as an in-home WiFi and Bluetooth speaker and has a 120V power supply built into the speaker itself, so it won't work with a standard 12V car outlet. If you are looking for something portable with Bluetooth connectivity that you can charge in your car I would recommend the SoundLink Revolve +, which will have about the same audio performance as the SoundTouch 10 and can be charged using a USB cable and USB car charger (not included). - Answer Thank you for your inquiry. The SoundTouch 10 wireless speaker is not engineered with built in AM/FM radio. However, if your favorite stations have an app that you can download to your device, that audio can be streamed wirelessly through this speaker. We hope this helps!

- Answer First, make sure both devices are on the same wifi network. Then tune the program you want on one device and click on the + sign next to it. The other device will be added. Or, click the "Play All" button.
