“Dual voltage Hi, I bought sound touch 120 recently. Few questions I have: 1. Based on answers here, it is dual voltage that is it supports 120/240 v. But I don't see this information on the box. Nor it has an adaptor. usually, the adaptor will say it is 120/240 v. Could you please help confirm? Please confirm for woofer and the system. 2. I can't be sure if the woofer is getting connected. There is no user interface on the TV Screen, but only on the Bose system. I was expecting an interface on the TV Screen. So there is no way to know if woofer is actually connected. The reason I doubt is I am not getting the expected sound performance even after Sound calibration. Thanks,”

If the woofer is connected you will know. It sounds like your in a movie theater. As far as the 120/240 v it connected just like my old receiver did right to a normal outlet. The whole system was just follow the instructions and it was plug and play.... Hope everything works out.
