No, it has HDMI 1.4 inputs. For 4K to work the device needs to be HDCP 2.2 compliant and needs the HDMI inputs to be 2.0 or 2.0a. The Soundtouch 130 has none of this.

yes it is. some of the programming on TV comes out as 2.2 and Blu- Ray comes out as 5.1. depending on the movie.
