Hello there. The SoundTouch will definitely pass through 4k video to a 4k TV from a 4k source. However, the Sound Touch will not produce 4k video or upscale video to 4k. Thanks for the question!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.4K devices require HDCP 2.2 or 2.0 and the sound touch uses 2.1. The optical input of the sound touch does recognize dolby 5.1 however if you can hook up utilizing that.
