• Yes it will automatically play what ever you play on your computer once you set it up and program/match it up with the Bluetooth on your computer. The app at SoundTouch 20 is very easy to use and the system is well worth the doe ray me.

• Yes. I use my iTunes library (which I had to make sure was properly configured), and I can access tracks, artists, albums, playlists, etc. directly through the app.

• You SHOULD. I say that cautiously because you didn't advise your setup. If you download the BOSE SOUNDTOUCH app to your computer, there is a provision for adding a music service. A lot of them are listed and would include iTunes (if that is what you use). There is also a provision for adding a NAS (networked attached storeage) drive, but I personally have not explored that. A quick call to the GEEK SQUAD or perhaps BOSE would probably get your question answered for sure.
