“my music is on my computer, i connected it it played perfectly, i dragged music into the presets and it was great but as soon as i turned the computer off i lost everything, is there a way i can store my music in the presets and it will play regardless?”

Unfortunately you need to have your computer on when ever you’re accessing music off your computer. May I recommend that you purchase a NAS Hard drive and store your music on that. Then when you want to play music you will not have to turn your computer on. Your direct the unit to play music off the NAS, and the NAS will go to sleep when not in use. In addition you can back up your files using file history on your computer to store the files onto the network attach storage (NAS).
