- Answer Hi Sai, Thank you for your question. The SoundTouch Wireless Link Adapter does not work with these hearing aids. You may be able to connect to your source device though, such as your Smart phone or tablet.

- Answer A wall pack plugged into house electrical outlet and then plug into the Bose Sound Touch unit. Uses wireless connection to either phone or computer to control the unit.

- Answer You can connect the SoundTouch Wireless Link Adapter to the Optical input port on the rear of the 321GS II system's console. The Optical audio cable is included with the SoundTouch Wireless Link Adapter.

- Answer Thank you for your interest in our SoundTouch Wireless Link Adapter! The SoundTouch Wireless Link adapter is designed to make a speaker Wi-Fi and Bluetooth compatible. The adapter connects to a speaker or amplifier through an optical, AUX, or L/R RCA cable, and acts as an input. You then connect to this adapter through an AUX input, through Bluetooth, or through Wi-Fi on our SoundTouch app. If you had an adapter connected to all your speakers in your household, you would be able to group these together and play a source from one of the above methods, allowing this to play to all the speakers in the household. QuestionI have the adapter connected to a Denon - AVR 750W receiver. I've tried both the optical cable and aux cables and no sound. when I plugged it into the phono input - I got sound, but it was terrible. Is there possibly a compatibility issue?

You may have experienced a difference in quality of sound as you were converting digital audio into analog audio - when connecting to the phono input of your receiver .
