I just took a nonspecific 3.5 mm Aux Cord from my brother’s room, put it in the ports and it works fine!

It comes with a fiber optic cable. Our tv has a fiber optic port for this. I can tell you the sound is great for a small sized sound bar. Just be sure not to hide the sides of the bar since some of the sound comes from the sides.

I got mine to work with a different passive Subwoofer. I used a 3.5mm male to 2 male rca. my sub ha one rca in so i used one rca. I plan on using the other on a 2nd sub.
