There are no apps on the receiver itself. It displays apps that are on your phone using the USB port with your data/charging cable that came with your phone. You can change which apps appear using the mobile settings on your phone. It will not allow YouTube to play, only YouTube Red (music only app). Only video it will play is from a flashdrive. But it must be in the proper format. Also, video can only be viewed when parked. There are hacks to bypass but if caught watching/playing video while driving by law enforcement, that can be a hefty fine.
