will this work on a 36v golf cart with 1" bars? null

We installed this on our Yamaha Viking VI ATV. We had to add foam rings between the mounting pieces to get a secure fit. You would likely need to do the same. Not sure about the voltage question, we’re able to plugs ours into the “lighter” adapter. But we also purchased a portable 12v battery pack (Tacklife brand) that will also run it. This way we can use when the Yamaha isn’t running. Hope that helps. We love ours...it has great sound quality and plenty loud...even when riding on trails.
