• Yes, it can be flush mounted. We flush mounted it on our OX400.

• Yes, it will flush mount. We flush mounted it on our OX400 because the bar placement was less than ideal.

• Yes It has metal wedge nuts that slide into grooves either on the top side, back side or bottom side of the housing that has bolts going thru the metal nuts. They can be adjusted anywhere in the slots for mounting and hold the speaker very firmly. Also this speaker sounds extremely good, I have a good friend that has a side by side with the MTX soundbar on his and we both agree that the BOSS brand sounds clearer and a tad louder than the MTX and it's about $110 cheaper.
