Can u hook up the atv30brgb to a car stereo null

What is the four wires coming out the back floor there's a red black and two look the same that like speaker wires can you help me figure out what that is I just want to listen to it Bluetooth how

This unit has a 12 volt plug on it. All you have to do is plug it into your cigarette lighter and it powers up. Then you Bluetooth it to your phone and enjoy your music. It does not have speaker wires that would tie it into your car audio.
