“I am having trouble getting the bluetooth remote to work. I have added/connected it to my samsung phone and charged it but it does not take a picture or video? I really want to use it to take videos but nothing yet? What step am I missing?”

It happened to me.. I turned off the bluetooth from other devices closed by. Then pair it again.. and it worked. It takes a little bit at the beginning.

It will click if you pushed it hard enough. To be extra clear, there is no app for this. Be sure to have the camera app already open too, as this does not take pictures with the camera app closed.
