“Does this tilt downward a full 90 degrees for taking vertical portrait photos? I noticed the head tilts and it has an adjustment handle like a tripod does but does the head tilt down enough to be able to take photos in portrait mode? It doesn't appear to tilt all the way down, it just looks like it tilts down some for storage only. I ask this because I use my DSLR on my non-tilting monopod to do panoramic photos whereas I take a series of landscape photos covering a large area from left to right then using stitching software on my PC, I create very wide panoramic pictures. I've done the same thing in vertical/portrait mode but it's difficult to keep the camera on the same horizontal plane when holding it by hand. And some panoramics are done at sunset or at night so keeping the camera steady is imperative. If I had a monopod that allowed me to take vertical/portrait photos, it would make doing that so much easier. But if this one doesn't, be honest and tell me so I don't buy it for no reason. I don't want to have to go through that trouble just to have to return it. Thank you in advance.”
