• Yes. I am an Episcopal priest and I use it to record my weekly YouTube videos for my congregation. The one issue is you need a power source for the light. It has a USB connection so if you have some where to plug it in; i.e. a computer, wall adapter or such you will be fine. Also, you can clamp it to a table or desk or pretty much anything that the clamp will fit on. That way it will remain steady.

• Yes but there is no plug. You need an adapter to plug it into the wall or it can be plugged into a computer.
