A:AnswerIf I understand your question to be asking if the light can be on the tripod held to the side, the answer is yes. I have done that, but the tripod legs need to be spread wider than if the light was on top.
A:AnswerKayla possibly. I have a s10 but have to take my otterbox case off to be able to use it. Which isn't that big of a deal if I am doing a lot of work in a day. Hope this helps.
